Rules Of Discipline

Discipline is enforced in the school through Remarks, Warning Letters .All remarks must be signed immediately by the parent. After 3 similar remarks by the same teacher the parents are liable to be summoned by the Principal. Further action as required may include a suspension from the school

Suspension is given on grave indiscipline, damage to school property, acts of violence against fellow students, using abusive or obscene language

REGULAR ATTENDANCE

  • All students must be present on the first day and last day of each term.
  • In all cases of absence from school, the parent is expected to make a note in the specified section of the school Hand Book
  • Absence for 3 to 5 days on medical grounds must be accompanied by a medical certificate and should be sanctioned by the Principal. For any other absence of more than 5 days the written sanction of the Principal is required.
  • Students who are absent on the re-opening days after a Term/holidays without prior permission from the Principal will not be permitted into the class.
  • No student should leave the school premises without the permission of the Principal. Students will be permitted to leave the class during school hours only when the parent reports in person at the School Front Office and secures the necessary permission.
  • It is compulsory for the students to complete 75% of attendance in the year to make them eligible to appear for their final exams. The percentage however, could be relaxed on medical grounds but such students will not be eligible for any academic rewards.
  • Any student leaving from school early or coming late to school (after the second period) will be marked absent for the day
  • Any student who is sick should not come on the day of evaluation. The child will not be given a zero , but the average will be considered when the medical certificate is produced
